We are rapidly expanding in the Southern California area and we are looking for an ambitious individual to fill an Junior Sales & CSR role as soon as possible. The Junior Sales & CSR will focus primarily on lead acquisition and customer retention for our exclusive telecommunications client.
Junior Sales & CSR Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- Work closely with senior management to ensure alignment and cohesive execution of our client’s overall marketing and development goals
- Conduct competition analysis to maintain a cutting edge and assure our clients are providing the best options for their potential new customers
- Assist with daily sales duties and report final numbers to the senior marketing management staff
- Develop and manage comprehensive marketing and/or sales approach to potential new clients
- Present recommendations to the marketing and sales team to improve overall efficiency and developing a better consumer experience
- Coordinate with the marketing & sales departments on the creation and execution of marketing campaigns
We Look For Someone With:
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business
- OR at least 2 years of completed coursework
- Experience in marketing, advertising, sales, or other similar business-related fields
- Knowledge of traditional core marketing and sales concepts
- A can-do, positive attitude, and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach
- An outgoing personality and enjoys interacting with people and working in a collaborative team atmosphere
- A confidant demeanor ready to take on challenges, even if they might fail
