Key Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
- Full Sales Cycle Management: Take ownership of the entire sales process, from sourcing candidates through cold calls, job boards, and social networking to closing deals.
- Client Engagement: Meet prospective clients via phone, video, and in-person to assess their needs and introduce them to our services.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of clients, ensuring their hiring expectations are exceeded.
- Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters to prepare candidates for interviews and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Team Participation: Engage in daily team meetings to discuss active requirements and strategize on potential closes.
