This is a contingent position based upon contract award




KBR is seeking a Junior Image Analyst to support a government customer in Springfield, VA. The Image Analyst (Junior) role provides expertise in imagery analysis that enables the detailed technical analysis of GEOINT product quality concerns. This analyst will support a broad range of assessments and assessment tasks both independent and with senior guidance.




Responsibilities:

+ Support to technical reviews, consultations, oversight of proposed and executed GEOINT product quality assessments and studies, and strategic level product quality direction.

+ Support of GEOINT product quality assessments for the full range of traditional and non-traditional imaging systems, products, and data formats.

+ Provide journeyman imagery analyst support through technical review, consultation, and oversight of proposed and executed product quality assessments and studies, and strategic level product quality direction.






Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

+ A bachelor’s degree in a related field.

+ Must have Imagery analysis experience in the Intelligence Community, both national and operational level.

+ Attended either the Imagery Intelligence Training Program or military equivalent.

+ Knowledge of soft copy exploitation.

+ Experience in collections manager.

+ Demonstrated good oral and written communication skills.

+ Knowledge of REMOTE VIEW, IEC, NES, and common office software to include PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, word processing. Knowledge of the intelligence collection process.

+ Practiced in ABI and skilled in applying a variety of intelligence sources.

+ Functional in ArcGIS.

+ Ability to work in a very dynamic and demanding work environment

+ Working knowledge of coding/scripting techniques.






Security Clearance Requirements: Active TS/SCI (with poly preferred)
