An overview of the position:
Helping to create and manage digital graphic material across several platforms will be your responsibility as a junior digital graphics manager. Working together with designers, marketing departments, and product managers, this position entails creating eye-catching visuals that complement brand strategy and appeal to our target market.
Principal Duties:
Help with the design and production of digital graphics for websites, marketing materials, social media, and online campaigns.
Assist in overseeing graphic design projects from inception to conclusion, guaranteeing prompt delivery and conformity to brand standards.
Work together as a team to generate innovative ideas and thoughts.
To keep current and contribute new ideas to the team, examine design trends and rival tactics.
Keep project documentation, assets, and graphic design files organized.
Provide comments and changes in response to stakeholder reviews and team input.
Needs:
A bachelor's degree in visual arts, graphic design, or a similar discipline is preferred.
Possession of graphic design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
A solid grasp of color theory, typography, and digital design principles.
A fundamental understanding of user experience (UX) concepts and web design principles.
Strong communication abilities and the capacity to cooperate in a remote team setting.
It is advantageous to have a portfolio that displays prior design work.
