Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the accuracy of financial, project, and management reporting data.
• Maintain Initial Budget Worksheets and Plans, and assist with fee forecasting.
• Set up new projects in the ERP system and review contracts and proposals.
• Review and approve consultant invoices and ensure timely billing and expense accuracy.
• Assist with monthly invoicing, accounts receivable, and cash application.
• Handle quarterly and annual closings, including revenue recognition.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Experience in the professional services industry, especially architecture or engineering, is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and strong Excel skills.
• Experience with Deltek is a huge advantage.
• Detail-oriented, self-sufficient, and excellent communication skills.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
