Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in commercial, industrial, and government facilities.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues to ensure system safety and efficiency.
- Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and electrical schematics to execute project requirements accurately.
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal electrical codes, safety regulations, and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and project managers to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
- Manage and maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Train and mentor apprentices as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician or in a similar role.
- Valid Journeyman electrical certificate in the state of NJ.
- Strong knowledge of commercial, industrial, and government electrical systems.
- Familiarity with OSHA 40-hour training and safety protocols for working on EPA-regulated projects and contaminated sites.
- Experience with electrical systems, including controls, motors, starters, limit switches, well pumps, conduit bending, and troubleshooting in commercial and industrial projects.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to pass background clearance, fitness/physical assessments, and drug screening prior to onboarding.
Work Environment Requirements:
- Ability to work at heights, including on scissor lifts, man lifts, and ladders.
- Capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing physical tasks such as climbing, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Possession of standard electrician tools required for the job (large equipment is provided).

Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
