Java Full Stack Developer with React - Aloden LLC

Location: Wilmington, DE (Hybrid)

Candidate Preference: Local to Wilmington, DE, or nearby areas.

Must-Have Skills:

• React JS Expertise: Proficiency in React JS application development and multiple design techniques.
• Full-Stack Development: Working proficiency in the React JS toolset for the entire development lifecycle (design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software).
• Agile: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with at least one common framework (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Modern Development Practices: Understanding of CI/CD, TDD, cloud development, application resiliency, and security.
• Java Proficiency: Experience with Java programming language.
• Software Engineering: Working knowledge of software engineering disciplines, including business analysis, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain front-end applications using React JS.
• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate with APIs and data sources.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve front-end application issues.
• Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprints, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
