We are seeking a highly motivated, senior-level Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in driving business development and sales growth, particularly within the IT sector, with the ability to build and nurture relationships with clients and key stakeholders. This individual will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to expand our client base and develop long-term partnerships. As a key player in the sales team, the Sales Manager will also have the opportunity to grow into an executive sales role.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth in both new and existing markets, identifying opportunities to create new contracts, sales, and projects.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and positioning our solutions effectively.
Lead sales initiatives, monitor market trends, and execute strategies to maximize sales results.
Prepare to take on an executive sales role, with a long-term focus on team expansion and leadership responsibilities.
Training: Once hired, the selected candidate will undergo an intensive training program to familiarize themselves with our company, products, services, and business model. This training will take place in San Mateo, CA, and all flights and hotel accommodations will be fully covered by the company.
Minimum Qualifications
7 years of sales experience in the IT industry, preferably with a focus on business development and client acquisition.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English (speaking and writing).
Proven track record of successfully developing new business and managing client relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
Experience in leadership or mentoring roles with a demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
