Role
As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Janitor/Maintenance, Machine Tool Service Engineer), you'll be responsible for maintaining a fleet of machines and systems to ensure their optimal performance. This includes performing routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance tasks. You'll also troubleshoot and repair machines and equipment, document all services and maintenance in a Quality Management System, and perform basic maintenance tasks throughout the facilities.

- Familiarity with pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- 2 years of technical training in related field and a 2-year degree in Engineering, Automation/Robotics, or Instrumentation.
- Proficiency in Electrical and Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills, Hydraulics Experience, Machine Safety Inspections, Troubleshooting CNC Machines, and experience in a Manufacturing Environment.
- Experience with CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC), CNC Grinder, EDM Machine (Sinker), EDM Machine (Wire), Manual Grinder, CNC Swiss Lathe, Jig Grinder, EDM Drilling Machine, CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC), CNC Lathe (5+ axis).
