Key Responsibilities: As a JDE Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in:

Becoming the DT Expert: Serve as the go-to Digital Technology (DT) Business Analyst expert, understanding business requirements, system capabilities, and configurations to deliver outstanding software solutions.

Bridging the Gap: Act as the vital link between functional business areas and the DT application team, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.

Driving Impactful Projects: Lead high-visibility, cross-functional projects that leverage your comprehensive business knowledge to manage requirements and implement transformative solutions.

Crafting Solutions: Facilitate engaging requirements-gathering sessions, create detailed business requirements documents (BRDs), and design solutions that align with strategic goals.

Leading Testing Efforts: Develop and oversee robust test plans, partner with subject matter experts (SMEs), and ensure thorough integration and user acceptance testing.

Supporting Excellence: Provide production support, deliver essential artifacts such as data models and knowledge base articles, and educate team members to ensure smooth operations.

Shaping the Future: Define and implement project-related policies, procedures, and end-user training materials, paving the way for continued success.
What You Bring:
Basic Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in Business/System Analysis, Digital Technology, or a similar area.

Hands-on experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 8.12 or higher.

Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
-
Proficiency in business analytics and system design analysis.

A keen eye for detail, coupled with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Advanced customer service skills with a proactive and results-driven mindset.

Self-motivation and the ability to work independently while driving initiatives forward.

Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Willingness to travel up to 20% as required.
Preferred Qualifications:

Industry certifications such as IIBA, ITIL, CBAP, or CCAB.

Familiarity with ITIL IT Service Management processes and experience managing ITSM deployments.

Previous experience as a DT Systems Analyst in a manufacturing organization with a multi-facility setup and direct/dealer sales model.
