Summary:
This position is located in the office of Domestic Operations Directorate (DO), Office of Investigations (INV), Counterintelligence and Counterterrorism Vetting Unit (CCV), Bureau of Diplomatic Security (DS), Department of State (DOS).
In this position you will conduct polygraph examinations at U.S. Embassies and other government facilities.

This is a non-status, non-permanent Personal Service Contract (PSC) position. PSC’s do not acquire a competitive or excepted service status from this position. Contract is 1 year; renewable up to 4 years.

Qualifications:
Applicants must meet all the qualification requirements described below by the closing date of this announcement.
Applicants must have 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal service which provided the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties of the position. Qualifying specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
- Experience developing counterterrorism and counterintelligence polygraph test questions.
- Experience assessing polygraph responses to identify deceptive patterns.
- Experience interpreting polygraph interview and examination results.
There is no substitute of education for specialized experience for the GS-13 position.
