Responsibilities Include, but Are Not Limited To:

Oversee and maintain accurate inventory levels for HVAC parts and supplies.
Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
Track and document inventory movements, including receiving, stocking, and distribution.
Work closely with project managers and technicians to ensure materials are readily available for upcoming projects.
Coordinate with vendors to manage orders, deliveries, and returns.
Utilize inventory management software to update and monitor stock levels.
Inspect incoming materials for quality and accuracy against purchase orders.
Maintain an organized and safe warehouse environment.
Manage and order inventory to ensure sufficient stock levels.
Order and maintain truck stock for all company vehicles.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or a similar role.
Familiarity with HVAC materials, parts, and equipment is preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in inventory software and basic computer applications.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Ability to lift heavy items and operate warehouse equipment safely.
Experience with ServiceTitan software is preferred.
