Interventional Cardiologist~ Non-profit system ~just north of Orlando/ 30 mins to the beach - AdventHealth Central Florida

AdventHealth Medical Group Cardiovascular Center is looking for a dynamic and quality-focused interventional cardiologist (non-structural) to join our established and expanding team of cardiologists who cover our west Volusia County market. 

The practice is a part of AdventHealth Medical Group. This aligned model and practice management experience provides the opportunity for physicians to focus on the clinical aspects of medicine.

Our established cardiology practice, with over 30 years of service, in totality, consists of (6) cardiologists and (4) APPs.   

The hospitals and clinics are located only a short drive from the Lake Mary/Sanford area, and easily accessible from the highway, allowing the option to either live locally or drive a short commute from one of our neighboring cities.

Our clinics are currently located in the cities of Lake Mary, Orange City, and Deltona and are soon expanding to Deland.

Requirements of the position include:

• Must live within 20 miles of AdventHealth Fish Memorial
• Board Certification / Eligibility through ABIM or AOA
• Team player with patient-first mindset
• Excellent communication skills
• Eligible for active Florida license
• DEA License required or ability to obtain

AdventHealth Fish Memorial is a 253-bed community hospital located in Orange City, FL. The facility began as Fish Memorial in 1952, in DeLand, Florida. In 1994, the hospital was renamed Volusia Medical Center and relocated to Orange City to serve the growing population of southwest Volusia County. In 1996, the Adventist Health System purchased Volusia Medical Center and in 1998, renamed the facility AdventHealth Fish Memorial to honor the hospitals benefactor, Judge Bert Fish.
