We are currently seeking an experienced International Tax Manager to join our dynamic team in the Scientific industry. You will be responsible for managing the international tax reporting and compliance functions, tax planning, and research for our company.

1. Manage and oversee the company's international tax compliance, including preparation and review of US tax returns for foreign subsidiaries.
2. Lead international tax planning strategies to optimize the company's global effective tax rate and cash taxes.
3. Conduct tax research and planning related to mergers, acquisitions, and internal restructurings.
4. Collaborate with the finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely tax provision calculations under US GAAP.
5. Review and manage the preparation of the quarterly and annual tax provision calculations, including effective tax rate and cash tax forecasting.
6. Coordinate with external advisors on international tax matters and audits.
7. Monitor and analyze tax regulatory and legislative developments globally and assess their impact on the company's tax position.
8. Develop and implement process improvements for international tax compliance and reporting.
Job Details
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree in Taxation or a CPA designation is highly desirable.
2. Minimum of 5 years of progressive international tax experience in public accounting or a multinational corporation.
3. Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience with tax review.
4. Experience with tax software and technologies.
5. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
8. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
9. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and external advisors.
