About the Role:
The International Sales Support Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting our global sales operations across LATAM, Canada, EMEA, and APAC. This position requires seamless coordination, top-notch service to distributors, retail partners, and customers, and a passion for working in a fast-paced, international environment. This diverse role involves managing order processing, customer inquiries, logistics coordination, and data analysis to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
What you'll be doing:
- Process international orders, generate sales documentation and invoices, and coordinate logistics with global partners and distributors.
- Analyze and report on key sales metrics, including sales performance, sell-through rates, and inventory levels, utilizing tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Looker.
- Manage quarterly promotion calendar by market.
- Coordinate international shipping and delivery schedules, ensuring compliance with local regulations and timely delivery of products.
- Assist the international sales team with research into new and existing markets, including competitor analysis and identifying gaps and opportunities.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that product documentation, marketing materials, and sales tools are localized for specific international markets.
- Attend international sales calls and ensure open action items are followed through and delivered to the customer in a timely manner

What we are looking for:
- 4+ years of experience in international sales, including order processing, sales documentation, invoicing, and logistics coordination.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data, generate reports, and utilize tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and Looker.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, logistics, and customer service
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service, build strong relationships with international distributors, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Previous work experience in B2C, SaaS, E-commerce or high growth company
This position is open to Remote or NYC, Hybrid. Candidates located in the NYC Metropolitan area will be required to be in our NYC headquarters 3 days per week.
Salary Range: $31 - $35 hourly. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience and other job-related factors.
Hours per week: 30-40 hours
This role will start as a 6-month contract, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time position upon completion.
