INTERNATIONAL SALES EXECUTIVE/FREIGHT FWDG/IMPORT & EXPORT
(This is a fully remote position)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field or experience may be substituted
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Sales in the Shipping and Logistics Freight Forwarding industry
- Trade compliance experience
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful sales strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key accounts
- Analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software
Responsibilities
- The INTERNATIONAL Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the Shipping and Logistics Freight Forwarding industry
- This role requires a deep understanding of the freight forwarding market, including ocean freight, NVOCC, customs and import/export business
- Experience in Ocean Freight/NVOCC/Freight Forwarding/Customs/Import and Export
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key accounts
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including operations, finance, and customer service teams
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Director of Sales
