In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of patient engagement, building meaningful connections with those considering surgery or already receiving conservative care. Your empathy, excellent communication skills, and proactive approach will help guide patients through their healthcare journey, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and efficiency.
What You’ll Do: You’ll engage with prospective patients, answering their questions and providing detailed information about medical procedures. Using your keen listening skills, you’ll follow up with patients referred for conservative treatment, assessing their satisfaction and ensuring their care is progressing smoothly. You'll play an integral role in facilitating communication between patients and specialists, advocating for their needs and helping them navigate the healthcare system.
Your success will come from maintaining detailed patient records in our CRM system, following up regularly with patients, and generating insightful reports to help us continually improve patient care. Every interaction you have will make a difference as you help create a seamless experience for patients and providers alike.
What You Bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field preferable.
- Experience in a healthcare call center, patient advocacy, or customer service role (a big plus!).
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and empathy.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and computer applications.
- Fluency in Spanish is essential for this role.
