Job Summary:
As an HR Analyst Intern focused on Database & Data Analytics, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team by developing and maintaining HR databases, as well as analyzing data to drive informed decision-making. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR data analytics, work with cutting-edge tools, and contribute to meaningful HR projects.
Responsibilities:Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of HR databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information.
- Collect, organize, and analyze HR data to support decision-making processes.
- Create and manage dashboards and reports to visualize key HR metrics and trends.
- Collaborate with HR team members to identify data needs and provide analytical support.
- Conduct data quality checks and troubleshoot any data-related issues.
- Support the implementation of HR analytics tools and technologies.
- Participate and support HR projects and initiatives that may be related to Training, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, etc
- Review and simplify processes and/or various HR systems.

Qualifications:Qualifications/Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business administration or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar software.
- Experience with database management and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
