We are seeking a highly skilled Intermediate Network Security Manager to work onsite in Sierra Vista, AZ. This position requires a Secret clearance or the ability to obtain.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Network/Security Manager to oversee the security of our computer networks, systems, and infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for, implementing, and maintaining robust security measures to protect NETCOM GCCs data and systems from cyber threats. This is an intermediate-level role that requires a strong technical background in network devices and security, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement and maintain network security safeguards. To include keeping track of and providing STIG checklists, POAMs, RA memorandums, IAVMs, and ACAS scans for all NTD teams.
2. Identify, prioritize, and remediate security vulnerabilities in network systems and applications.
3. Conduct regular security audits both internally and externally to include participation in CORAs, SAVs, SCA-Vs, and CSSP inspections.
4. Keep track of NTD assets, diagrams, and device life cycles.
5. Maintain a regular patching cycle for NTD assets.
6. Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
7. Stay current with emerging security threats and technologies to ensure the organization's security posture remains effective.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of four (4) of years of direct, relevant professional work experience.
• Security+ certification.

OR

• Associate's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field from a nationally accredited educational institution.
• Minimum of three (3) years of direct, relevant professional work experience.
• Security+ certification.

OR

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field from a nationally accredited educational institution.
• Minimum of two (2) years of direct, relevant professional work experience.
• Security+ certification.

Professional certifications:

• Prior to start of employment the Network Administrator MUST possess one (1) professional certification identified in DISA IASE IAT Level II DoD 8570.01 Approved Baseline (Security+ CE).
• Within 60 days of start of employment the Network Administrator MUST obtain one (1) professional certification identified in DISA IASE CSSP Infrastructure Support DoD 8570.01 Approved Baseline (CySA+).
• Within 180 days of start of employment the Network Administrator MUST obtain one (1) Computing Environment certification identified on the RCC-C CE Requirements List (CCNA Preferred) (Network+ CE, CCNA, CCNP).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Fundamental understanding of networking and cybersecurity.
• Experience with Cisco Routers/Switches/Firewalls, Juniper Routers/Switches/Firewalls, Cisco ISE and Prime, Juniper JunosSpace, Infoblox, or Broadcom Proxies.
• Experience with RMF, STIGs, POAMs, and ACAS.
• Experience with scripting and automation.
• Excellent technical writing abilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing security threats, technologies, and processes.

Other Requirements:

• Must possess at least DoD interim Secret Clearance prior to employment.
• Must obtain ACAS Operator Certificate.
• All other duties / responsibilities as assigned.

• Be able to maintain awareness during scheduled working hours.
