A highly accredited critical access hospital in Washington state is looking for a new Interim Hospital Director of Therapy Services to join their team of Medical Professionals.
While reporting up to the COO, the Interim Hospital Director of Therapy Services is expected to lead and supervise the therapy services team, which may include physical therapists (PTs), occupational therapists (OTs), speech-language pathologists (SLPs), and support staff. This hospital is highly dedicated to offering the highest quality community care, so Director Rehab should ensure high-quality care is delivered by setting clinical standards and monitoring therapy outcomes.
The Interim Hospital Director of Therapy Services is responsible for overseeing and managing the hospital’s therapy department. This role typically encompasses physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and possibly other specialized therapy services. The Director ensures that these services are delivered effectively, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory standards. Prior experience in a similar position is strongly encouraged in order to find success in this position.
