Title: Integrations Business Systems Analyst

- 100% in Office
- Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements. Translate high-level requirements into detailed specifications.
- Functional Design: Create functional design documentation, supporting the technical team in the development process. Assist with troubleshooting and resolving integration challenges, including API calls and data sourcing.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Plan, execute, and lead UAT processes, ensuring solutions meet business needs and are signed off by stakeholders.
- Integration Support: Work closely with the project and technical teams to select appropriate integration approaches and technologies, ensuring all integration points align with business requirements and objectives.
- Collaboration & Communication: Act as a thought partner with business owners to support process development. Collaborate with project managers, product owners, and development leads in planning, execution, and testing. Maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process optimization by experimenting with and integrating new tools and practices. Promote best practices and drive quality improvement within the integration process.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in requirements gathering and implementing integrations and SaaS rollouts
- 5+ years of experience in UAT planning, execution, and signoff
- 3+ years working in Agile environments.
- Technical Expertise:
- Advanced knowledge of APIs, data sourcing, and troubleshooting integration issues.
- Experience drafting functional design documents and supporting technical teams with integration analysis.
- Proficiency in integration tools and platforms such as Workday, E1, SharePoint, Dynamics, Boomi, and financial platforms.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and ServiceNow IT Service Management is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Self-starter with the ability to drive deliverables from requirements gathering to UAT and signoff.
- Demonstrated ability to liaise between business and technical teams, ensuring seamless integration and delivery.
