Intake Specialist - Tandym

An established plaintiff's personal injury law firm seeks a full-time Intake Specialist to join its fast-paced and collaborative team. The Intake Specialist will provide support in all aspects of intake for the firm.

*This position is on-site 5 days per week in New Brunswick, NJ.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, answering inquiries and gathering essential information to assess their legal needs.
• Conduct initial evaluations of cases by collecting relevant details, documents, and background information to determine the suitability of representation.
• Maintain and update client information in the firm's database, ensuring accurate records and confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Coordinate and schedule consultations or follow-up meetings between potential clients and attorneys, optimizing the firm's calendar.
• Track and follow up with clients by providing timely updates and ensuring they remain informed throughout the intake process.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive and organized
• Experience with document management programs or legal intake programs
• Legal experience required
• Bilingual (Spanish) required
