Are you looking to break into the insurance industry? Great, your base salary will start at $40,000 and first year commissions are expected to be around $75,000
Are you an experienced insurance sales veteran looking for a change of scenery? Your base salary will start at $35,000 and our top earners made $60,000 in commission last year."

Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their insurance requirements and provide personalized recommendations.
Sales Calls: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, presenting insurance options and benefits.
Paperwork Processing: Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork for insurance policies and claims.
Customer Support: Address client inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Policy Review: Conduct periodic reviews of client policies to ensure coverage adequacy and recommend adjustments as needed.
Requirements
Property and casualty license is a bonus but we will train you if you are still new and want to join the insurance industry . Licensing: Possess or obtain a California Insurance license. Experience: Previous experience in insurance or sales is advantageous. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Customer Focus: A customer-centric mindset with a dedication to providing excellent service. Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment. Team Player: Collaborative attitude with a willingness to support colleagues. Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software and basic computer programs.
