We are looking for an Insurance Sales Representative who thrives on building customer relationships and reaching new business goals. - Entry-Level Role: Base salary of $42,000 with additional new business and renewal commissions, offering total earnings potential up to $75,000 per year.
- Experienced Role: Base salary of $48,000 with additional new business and renewal commissions, offering total earnings potential up to $100,000 per year.

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
- Educate customers on insurance products to help them make informed decisions.
- Prepare and present quotes to prospective clients.
- Actively listen and address customer objections and concerns with professionalism.
- Close sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the business and meet daily metrics (ex: 3 hours of talk time).
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience (such as phone sales, real estate, banking, luxury retail, or collections) is preferred but not required.
- Property and Casualty License required (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire).
- Proficiency in an office setting, including multiline phone systems, computer software, and typing/data entry.
- Demonstrated professionalism in all communicationsphone, written, and in-person.
- Ambitious self-starter capable of working independently and collaboratively to meet targets.
