Entry-level applicants will begin with a $30,000 base salary and an opportunity to earn additional compensation through Bi-weekly Commissions.

Responsibilities
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agencys team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
Requirements
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Must be willing to obtain Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses if not already licensed
