Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Engage with potential and existing clients to assess their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
Policy Development: Design and offer adaptable insurance plans that meet individual client requirements.
Lead Generation: Proactively seek out opportunities to generate leads and expand client base.
Sales Conversion: Convert prospective clients into satisfied policyholders through exceptional salesmanship and rapport-building.
Relationship Maintenance: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest insurance products, trends, and industry changes to offer knowledgeable advice.
Requirements
Licensing: Ohio Property & Casualty License is needed for the role, but our agency will assist you in the process of obtaining your license if you do not already possess it.
Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to effectively navigate client interactions and consultations.
