One week vacation after six months of service and then two weeks after one year of service.

Salary Range: $80000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Develop a deep understanding of the diverse insurance needs of our clients, offering personalized advice and solutions.
Inbound and Outbound Communication: Handle incoming calls professionally, and proactively reach out to potential clients to assess their insurance requirements.
Policy Design: Craft and suggest bespoke insurance plans that cater to the specific needs of each client, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
Cross-selling: Recognize and seize opportunities to enhance client portfolios by recommending additional or bundled insurance products.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients through excellent service and consistent follow-ups.
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest industry trends and regulations to provide clients with the most current and effective solutions.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Texas Property & Casualty License is required.
Sales quotas and demands are required to be met for this role.
Experience: Must have one plus year insurance sales experience.
Communication Skills: Persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills are important to this roll.
Customer-Focused: A genuine passion for meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
Independent Worker: Ability to thrive in a fully remote environment, demonstrating strong self-motivation and discipline.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate with team members remotely to maintain a cohesive work environment.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM systems and comfortable navigating digital communication platforms.
