Adil Fala-Farmers Insurance Agency in LATHAM, New York, is looking for a dedicated, driven individual to join our growing team as a Full-Time Insurance Sales Representative. If you are determined and have amazing relationship-building skills, then this is your opportunity for a rewarding career with excellent income and growth potential.
Experienced candidates can expect 50,000 as the base and up to $25,000 in commission and top-level performers can expect $55,000 base salary with up to $35,000 in bonuses and commission.
No experience? No Problem! Entry-level candidates can expect hands-on training to ensure their success as well
as a base salary of $50,000 and $10,000 with bonuses and commission.
Licensing required or We will pay 100% of licensing
Salary Range: $50000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
Process customer policy change requests.
Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
Take premium payments from customers.
Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
Prospecting and generating new businessthrough leads & referral sources.
Generating insurance quotes.
Requirements
