Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Actively connect with clients to understand their insurance needs, ensuring clear communication in both English and Spanish.
Policy Advice: Provide personalized recommendations, tailoring insurance plans to suit each client's individual requirements.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales goals by effectively cross-selling and upselling relevant insurance products.
Market Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest trends and changes in the insurance market to provide expert advice.
Requirements
Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required, allowing for effective communication with a diverse clientele.
Licensing: Active Illinois Property & Casualty License is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service roles is an asset.
