We are seeking an Insurance Agency Sales Producer to join our team! You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by building relationships and selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients that meet their individual and business needs. Because sales is the lifeline of every company, we make it a priority to monetize and incentivize performance on a personal level. Our fast-paced growing agency is seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born sales person. As a full time insurance sales producer you will help individuals, families, and businesses secure their tomorrow! MUST complete the Assessment to be considered.

Salary Range: $2500.00 - $8000.00 per month

Monthly Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities

• MUST be Property & Casualty Licensed in TX.
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Make outbound calls to connect with new business via telephone.
• Develop Insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships.
• Manage appointment calendar, calls, and emails.

• MUST be Property & Casualty Licensed in TX.
• Experience Preferred.
• Bilingual is beneficial, but not a requirement.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be coach-able, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Problem solving capabilities.
• Works well with other employees and is a team player.
• Driven and goal-oriented individual.
• Highly-self motivated.
• Be capable of handling customer rejection.
