A Chicago-based Insurance Company is seeking experienced insurance transactional or regulatory attorney to join their General Counsel's office. Qualified candidates will have 6+ years of experience either in a big law firm or an insurance company (or a combination thereof). The company is looking for 6+ years of experience with insurance companies advising and drafting reaty and facultative contracts, XOL and QS reinsurance structures, collateral, captives,and general contract negotiation and drafting.

This is a new position in a growing team. This is hybrid out of their downtown Chicago office. Attorneys here can expect great benefits and work/life balance. Compensation is competitive. This team is know for their longevity/low turnover.
