A well-established, AV-Preeminent law firm known for providing high quality litigation is seeking an Associate Attorney with Workers' Compensation experience, ready to hit the ground running and able to manage a high-volume caseload.

Minimum 3-5+ years' of Workers' Comp experience required, with empathic ability to help guide clients through their case process. The successful candidate will be a positive, self-starter and team player, interested in career development, and joining a team of Super Lawyers and named Best Lawyers in America. 

• Draft discovery, requests, responses, legal research

• Prepare and argue motions and opposition to motions

• Defending depositions

• Strong written and verbal communication
