Salary Range: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Client Support: Assist customers with policy billing inquiries, changes, and claim submissions.
Issue Resolution: Address client concerns in a timely, courteous and professional manner.
Policy Maintenance: Update customer information, process payments, and provide policy summaries as needed.
Renewals: Follow up with clients on policy renewals, ensuring smooth transitions.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to provide seamless customer service support.
