Salary Range: $45000.00 - $55000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Perform insurance policy reviews to ensure clients have proper coverages
• Process changes to customer policies and take premium payments
• Answer incoming phone calls from customers
• Foster strong relationships with customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty
• Respond to questions and concerns from customers, be a problem solver

• Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Representative (440 or 220)
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up
• A genuine willingness to learn and be coachable
• An upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Professional phone etiquette
