Insurance Account Representative

• Quote Insurance for new clients and present solutions
• Answer Phones and Reply to emails to assist clients with policy needs
• Assist Clients when Re-Shopping by re-quoting their insurance to identify alternative options
• Issue new policies and communicate to client's the steps necessary to complete their policies
• Track Status of Policies to ensure all policies are in good standing
• Set Up Service requests with the National Service Team
• Interact with Insurance carriers with escalated service needs
• Interact with clients to understand their insurance needs, analyze options with over 35 carriers, and provide a custom solution to mitigate household risk.

Compensation:

• $40K Base Salary
