Responsibilities
- Using your excellent presentation skills, you'll be working with clients to develop insurance quotes and educate & advise clients on the best policies for their unique needs.
- With your keen attention to detail, youll be cross-selling and rounding out client accounts.
- Use your savvy skills to shop for renewals and assist clients with policy changes.
- Your outstanding customer service skills will be essential in issuing insurance documentation and maintaining client retention.
Requirements
- Fluency in Turkish and English
- No experience needed.
- A team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills including a positive attitude.
- A critical thinker and out-of-the-box problem solver with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Basic computer software knowledge including experience with Agency Management Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
