Full Job Description
As an Installer at Superior Walls of Upstate New York, you will be responsible for the successful installation of Superior Walls. This is an outdoor construction position where you will prep sites, climb ladders, unhook panels, bolt and caulk panels together, and follow all guidelines for each installation. Each crew member is responsible for maintaining and organizing the work van and all company property, tools, and equipment. After training, you will be expected to become a Certified Installer and adhere to all industry rules and techniques.

- Arrive at each job site on time according to the schedule.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of vehicles and tools.
- Give crane signals to direct the crane operator.
- Use a laser level to set the final grade on stone footings.
- Handle concrete panels and other objects as they are craned into place.
- Bolt and caulk all panel connections.
- Use a string line to ensure all panel runs are straight.
- Use a tape measure or total station to square up corners.
- Leave the job site in a clean manner.
- Communicate effectively with truck drivers, crane operators, project managers, and customers.
- Prior construction experience required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to learn and adhere to safety guidelines and installation techniques.
