Work Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00 pm to 12:00 am

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Maintenance & Inspection: Clean and maintain installation vans daily, ensuring they are ready for the next job. Conduct inspections, document any issues, and report to the Fleet Manager.
• Inventory & Loading: Organize equipment and load installation vans with materials, tools, and consumables required for upcoming installations.
• Fueling & Charging: Ensure vehicles are fully fueled or charged.
• Waste Management & Recycling: Dispose of materials from previous jobs, adhering to recycling protocols.
• Stock Replenishment: Restock vans with essential items like tarps, covers, and consumables.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and report any issues.
• Continuous Improvement: Seek ways to improve efficiency and processes.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of related experience in warehouse or staging operations (preferably in HVAC or a related industry)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
