Installation Technician Position
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire (6 months)
Pay Rate: $16-$19 per hour
Location: Tulsa, OK
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Installation Technician with a background in CCTV or ACC licensing. The ideal candidate is easy-going, reliable, and able to work independently without extensive training. This role requires occasional overtime and weekend work, with a positive attitude towards these requests.
Responsibilities:
Support lead technicians in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Run, test, and terminate cables.
Assist with job completion and respond to client queries.
Report to the Lead Technician, documenting the problem-solving process.
Repair and replace equipment as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Current and valid Driver's License.
Ability to pass a federal-level criminal background check.
No possession of an OMMJ Card.
Experience with basic tools and driving a mid-size work van.
Cognitively aware of surroundings.
Willingness to work weekends or after hours when required.
Skills and Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
High attention to detail and reliability.
Ability to travel to client sites outside the typical 2-hour radius.
Willingness to work overtime and in a collaborative team environment.
Quick learner of new technology and software.
Working Conditions:
Moderate physical activity, including handling objects up to 50 pounds and standing/walking throughout the day.
Hours of Operation:
Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with some evening and weekend work required.
