Role Overview:
As a LaserAway Treatment Specialist, you will consult and sell our aesthetic dermatology services to new and existing patients virtually. You'll reach out to new leads provided by our social media marketing team and follow up with past patients. Our successful remote sales team makes upwards of 200 outbound calls a day to new and past leads.
Compensation:
LaserAway offers a generous pay structure with significant earning potential through commissions. The pay rate is $20/hour plus tiered uncapped commissions based on monthly performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Initiate sales by contacting leads, conducting consultations, and explaining LaserAway’s treatments and skin care line.

Build rapport with patients, explain product and service capabilities, and overcome objections to close sales.

Evaluate patients' current aesthetic treatment processes and goals to recommend new services.

Work with lenders like Care Credit and Loan Hero to prepare financing contracts.

Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day.

One weekend shift is required each week.
Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in remote consultative sales with a proven track record of driving significant annual revenue in high-ticket industries OR

3+ years of experience in on-site luxury retail sales with a focus on commission-based sales OR
-
3+ years of experience in the beauty, aesthetic dermatology, or related industries.

Education: High School Diploma; Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred.

Experience with Zoom, DocuSign, Slack, and 8x8 is a plus.

Experience with financing platforms is a plus.
