Position Overview
We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative for our Government/Public Sector who thrives in a quick, sales-cycle environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our annual, ambitious customer acquisition and revenue-growth objectives. This candidate must be comfortable making numerous daily phone calls, working with channel partners, generating leads, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Responsibilities Include:
Completing submissions will include:
Request for Proposals (RFPs),
Request for Quotations (RFQs)
Requests for Information (RFIs)
Public Bids
Researching opportunities across the Public/Private sector
Assisting Sales Management in Relationship with Existing and New Key Contract Programs
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven inside sales experience
- Contract Pricing and Product experience specific to the JanSan Industry
- Track-record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong excel skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Possess the ability to effectively manage time and multi-task
- 3 years of experience as an Inside Sales Representative or experience in a similar capacity.
- An equivalent of a BA/BS degree
- Creativity, flexibility, and motivation are all required in this position
