Overview: River Run is seeking to hire a full-time Inside Sales Rep (ISR) to assist with the day-to-day activities of Sales. The candidate filling this role will assist sales with daily sales activities related to client management. The candidate in this position will have the opportunity to grow into an Account Executive, Services Manager, Product Manager, or Project Manager.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day aspects of the sales department including Managed Service Agreement preparation, quoting products and labor
- Research, gather information and prepare client quotes for software license renewals and small projects
- Follow up on proposals and agreements, work with Client Service Leaders and Account Execs to close business.
- Conduct research and follow up on proposals and/or agreements
- Research on product/sales-related issues
- Assist in managing the quoting queue and internal/external requests
- Assist with scheduling internal and/or external meetings
- Maintain CRM database including client details, status of quotes and tickets, etc.
- Assist Director of Sales with various projects and tasks that provide a well-rounded understanding of business operations
- Assist with content for the River Run website including Tech Blog & Whitepapers as needed
- Assist with public relation programs including tradeshows, seminars and networking events
- Attend Client meetings as required
Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of Client Relationship Management Systems.
- Pleasant phone voice and demeanor
- Must have strong organizational and prioritization skills
Education:
Associates degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Transportation:
Must have a reliable car, valid driver's license, and valid vehicle insurance.
Physical Demands:
The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, sometimes lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
