Job Summary:
At Fabick Cat our Marketing ISR role will be the level of qualification throughout all business units enterprise wide. Your primary responsibilities will be to nurture customers, qualify leads, and pass sales prospects. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by effectively conveying the value proposition of our products or services to potential customers. In addition, you will be responsible for handling leads yourself or effectively passing them along to the appropriate member of the sales team. Responsibilities:
Relationship Building:
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers to understand their goals and challenges.
* Nurture leads through effective communication (internally and externally) and follow-up to move them through the sales funnel and communicating directly with the sales team when passed lead activities are not being efficiently updated within the CRM system.
Lead Generation:
* Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
* Qualify leads and assess their needs to determine potential fit with the company's products or services.
Sales Negotiation:
* Collaborate with customers to understand their budget constraints and negotiate terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
* Handle objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
* Clearly articulate the benefits and features of the offerings to address customer needs and concerns.
Sales Closures:
* Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively closing deals on qualified leads.
* Utilize a consultative sales approach to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Sales Reporting:
* Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system.
* Provide regular reports on sales performance and contribute to sales forecasting.
Qualifications:
Education
Required
* Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience.
Preferred
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar field.
Experience
Required
* Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
* Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
* Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Required
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Word, Excel, and other business software applications.
* Demonstrated success in a team environment.
