Inside Sales Representative: Job Description & Responsibilities
Based California Office or remote if they can do the sales
Expected salary $45-50,000 + commission
Inside Sales Representative will focus on customer existing accounts, new customer acquisitions and revenue growth by proactively managing the relationships, making calls, qualifying leads, closing sales, and building long term customer relationships. The role involves collaborating with the sales and operation teams, demonstrating products, and negotiating sales terms to achieve quotas.
The inside sales representative will be part of a dynamic sales team and will be responsible for driving revenue growth. They will work closely with the sales manager to develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and meet sales targets. They will also be responsible for maintaining a pipeline of qualified leads and managing the sales process from prospecting to closing. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts
- Generate leads through outbound cold calling and email campaigns
- Qualify prospects and conduct needs analysis to understand customer requirements
- Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Manage and update CRM database with accurate sales information
- Collaborate with the sales team to contribute to the overall sales strategy
