About the Job
The inside sales coordinator assists the Area Manager and Business Development Managers as necessary to support branch growth through strong sales process execution, supporting the business development communication strategy and helping with sales operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Enters Leads into the CRM and follows all needed documentation and procedures from beginning to end, including the assistance of obtaining all needed data/documentation.
Maintains Sales Pipeline to include inputting BDM’s submissions, monitoring risk acceptance/denial by risk manager, credit denials, lost account reasons, individual BDM results (appointments, lost/won).
Reports key data to the Area Manager and BDMs on a weekly and monthly basis.
Supports the Area Manager with any Branch auditing, reporting and administrative duties as needed. Maintains all updates salesforce as deemed necessary.
Effectively partners with the Branch and Corporate teams to ensure a smooth experience for prospects and new clients.
Creates sales/marketing campaigns and materials to support the needs of the BDM team. Spearheads setup of shows, info and materials for booth.
Effectively communicates customer issues and concerns to all applicable internal staff members.
Answers incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
Proactively sets up submission/sales packet and any collateral materials per each individual BDM’s direction and maintains inventory with Area Manager.
Coordinates and controls projects as deemed necessary to include developing format design and approval with Area Manager and BDMs.
Assists referral partners as needed and reports such activity to appropriate BDM.
Maintains working knowledge of products and services.
Provides the Area Manager and BDMs with administrative support as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of two years related experience or equivalent.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
Experience with CRM software; Salesforce is a plus.
Commitment to excellence and high standards.
Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
Acute attention to detail.
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
Ability to perform diversified clerical functions and basic accounting procedures.
Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
Salary and Other Compensation
The starting pay rate for this position is $31.50 - $36.50 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography, skills, education, experience, certifications, and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for profit sharing in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan.

Paid Time Off
- 40 hours of paid sick leave annually (additional sick/front loading/accrual, if any, based on state or regional requirements); vacation accrues up to 80 hours in the first year, up to 120 hours in years 2-4, and up to 160 hours in the fifth year; 6 paid holidays annually, 4 paid volunteer days annually.
