Inside Sales-Client Relations Associate at ICC NTA LLC

ICC NTA LLC located in Nappanee, IN is a well-established 3rd party evaluation and certification service organization. This position can be hybrid in Nappanee, Indiana, or remote.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Construction Services-ICC Plan Review team as Inside Sales-Client Relations Associate. The Inside Sales-Client Relations Associate will help establish ICC as the premier Third-Party Plan Review Service for quality and turnaround time for the code compliance industry by establishing trust with our clients through reliable, cost-effective, and time-sensitive service. Job Duties include:

• Establish and grow networks, meet, or exceed sales and market share expectations of the ICC plan review market.
• Responsible for selling Plan Review services to individual clients and municipalities.
• Develop new prospects and maintain favorable relationships with existing clients to meet individual and company revenue goals.
• Develop a strong pipeline of new clients and projects through prospecting and client contact. Identify potential clients via research and networking. Maintain involvement in customer projects and ensure the client's expectations are communicated clearly with the department and provide feedback to the client as necessary.
• Work closely with reviewers, coordinators, and managers in defining internal requirements or needs specific to customer or industry needs. Promote effective communication throughout the organization. Identify opportunities and recommend actions that will help in building new business. Provide regular updates to management through verbal and written communications including time sheets, HubSpot, and other related documents.
• Become the face and voice of ICC plan review through direct client contact, periodicals, and social media as directed by leadership.

Preferred education: Associates degree or further education in related field

Preferred experience: Knowledge of the building construction industry
