We're on the lookout for a motivated Inside Sales Agent to join our vibrant team. As a pivotal member, you'll spearhead our business generation efforts by engaging with leads via phone calls. You'll focus on nurturing expired listings, for sale by owners (FSBOs), and converting buyer leads into quality appointments for our agents, driving our continued success and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate contact with leads through cold calling, utilizing provided lists of expired listings and FSBOs.
Effectively manage and follow up on buyer leads to progress them through the sales pipeline.
Coordinate appointments for real estate agents with potential sellers and buyers.
Maintain a high call volume to meet personal and team targets.
Track and analyze key metrics and appointment outcomes.
Address client objections adeptly to secure appointments.
Build and sustain relationships with potential clients, upholding a positive company image.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Personality: A natural communicator with a preference for interactive and persuasive roles.
Skills: Proficient in objection handling, with strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Persistence: Committed to pursuing leads and surpassing targets with determination.
Experience: While previous sales experience is advantageous, it's not essential. Customer service or call center experience is beneficial.
