Client Overview:
Our client is a well-known medical device manufacturer looking to bring on an entry-level Inside Sales Account Manager to join their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$20/hr
Position Overview:
The entry-level Inside Sales Account Manager will be responsible for communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. The ideal candidate should be able to build and maintain customer relationships, demonstrate product knowledge, and be able to provide customers with an understanding of our services.
Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Account Manager:
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and business objectives.
- Communicate proactively with all decision makers, and create and execute a multi-faceted prospecting plan.
- Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and product teams to improve overall customer service and satisfaction.
- Engage in team development and mentoring.
- Keep records of interactions with leads and customers using a CRM system.
Qualifications for the Inside Sales Account Manager:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
