We are looking for motivated, proactive Account Managers to take responsibility for generating new sales by prospecting, nurturing, and selling IT solutions into small and mid-size businesses. Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Outbound calling to established and potential clients
- Establishing relationships with key decision-makers
- Overcoming objections to educate clients on the value of doing business with Connection
- Desire to provide world-class customer service from the close of the sale to the delivery of the order
Qualifications:
- A strong drive to succeed
- Understanding of the art of negotiation
- Understanding that the word “no” only means “not yet”
- Ability to multitask with solid communication skills
- Proficiency with computer programs
This is a base plus commission role, earnings may vary. Posted salary information is annualized and indicative of first year of employment.
