Information Systems Analyst at Harvey Nash

Working with the project team and vendor(s) to assist with gathering and finalizing business requirements.

Preparing and reviewing project documents and deliverables as necessary.

Reviewing and providing comments on vendor supplied deliverables.

Working with state agencies to analyze user bases that need to be onboarded into the KOG.

Providing User Support to State Agency contacts for integrated systems.

Working with end users to document and reproduce production defects in pre-production environments before providing this information to developers.

Escalating issues as they arise to managers from the appropriate division/department/team.

Troubleshooting application issues as they arise, escalating those issues to the development team when required and tracking them to resolution.

Working with developers to create use case scenarios to test code defects and enhancements.

Working with the development team to write and execute SQL queries for reporting. Salary $71,000+DOE. Position is in Frankfort, KY. Email resume to positions@harveynash.com

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and 5+ years of experience

Experience working on Large-scale IT systems

Gathering and validating business requirements

Creating high-level models/prototypes

Identity Access Management Experience required

Experience with OKTA, Auth0, ADFS.

Experience in Python, SAML, MS SQL Server, HTML, Agile, SDLC, Scrum and Waterfall

Experience creating SQL Queries
